Meet The Doctors

Dr. Marianette Crisol, DDS

In her profession, Dr. Crisol always strives for a positive dental experience for all her patients. Her goal is to help them attain beautiful healthy smiles throughout their life. She loves being a dentist, and has enjoyed serving the families of Brampton since 1999.

Education

Dr. Crisol attained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in 1984. In 1988 she graduated from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines, with a Doctor of Dental Medicine . In 1999, she passed the National Dental Examination Board to practice in Canada.

Family and Community

Dr. Crisol and her family have lived in Brampton since 1996. With her husband, Julian, she has raised three wonderful children.  When she isn't in the office, she enjoys going to the movies and eating great food, especially cooked by her husband, who is a licensed red seal chef!

Dr. Crisol volunteers at St. Marguerite D' Youville Parish as a Eucharistic Minister and has been part of the Divine Mercy Prayer Group of Brampton since 1999. She also supports local basketball, hockey and soccer teams, as well as other local organizations.

Dr. Justine Porter

Associate Dentist

Inspired by her mother who is a dentist, Dr. Justine Porter prides herself on serving her patients with compassionate and quality care. Dr. Porter is warm and approachable, always making sure her patients are comfortable during their appointment. She enjoys meeting patients and their families and building a personal connection with them. 

Dr. Porter graduated in 2011 from the University of the East in the Philippines obtaining her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine. She then qualified and passed the National Dental Examining Board examination to be licensed in Canada in 2014. She continues to attend seminars to continue her education to better serve her patients. 

During her free time, Dr. Porter loves to be with her family and friends. She loves to go hiking and enjoying nature outdoors whenever she can. She likes to explore different places and travel with her loved ones.

Dr. Rajiv Butany

Associate Dentist

Dr. Rajiv Butany is a genuine, caring dentist who has had extensive experience in complex dentistry. He enjoys meeting new patients, educating them about their oral health, and working with them to maintain a lifetime of beautiful smiles.

He graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, and completed his post-graduate training at the University of British Columbia and Vancouver General Hospital.Throughout his career he has spent considerable time working with First Nations’ communities in Ontario and B.C., as well as participating in advanced surgical externships in Whitehorse, Yukon, and Birmingham, England. Recently, Dr. Butany completed advanced education in implant surgery and prosthetics from the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute.

Dr. Butany is passionate about dentistry, and enjoys the daily challenges that this profession offers. He is currently a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Halton-Peel Dental Association, and he is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
When not practicing dentistry, Rajiv enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice-hockey and travelling.
